By day I’m a student but by night I’m a star.
You might see me in a magazine or hear my music.
But that’s just the beginning.
Maybe you see that I wear unusual outfits.
Looking out of place among students.
I’ve traveled the world and lived overseas but now live where I was born.
I’ve studied in England and now I study at home.
I’m in over my head working with celebrity photographers.
Or when I’m grading statistics exams.
Projects for work, school and music overlap.
With minimal time in the day I get it all done.
I write essays in music studios.
They say you can’t do it all but I do.
My grades are great and so is my music.
They say with a new year comes new opportunities.
This year I will perform better than before at it all.
